My delivery was delayed due to manufacturing, however when I called for an update the staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, once they had a delivery date they called me with an update, I would definitely recommend this company.
Excellent customer service from placing order to receiving product. We ordered 2 Velux windows and 2 flashing kits, when the order arrived we only received 3 of 4 items ( 1 window was missing) after contacting Roofgiant to let them know, they got in touch with Velux and sorted everything out and the window arrive a day later. The roofer said the velux flashing kit and windows were easy to fit and well packed. The order arrived quickly and the communication from Roofgiants was excellent, we would use them again.
