Ordered some roof windows from the website, only to receive an email stating there was a pricing error and they offered to refund or I would have it pay the difference. Found the windows elsewhere for less than the updated website, asked for a refund and heard nothing back despite asking several times via email. Have had to resort to opening a PayPal case to try and get my refund. If you actually want to get your purchases, I’d suggest shopping elsewhere.

I ordered granite coping stones from Roofgiant and when they arrived, one was damaged. I reported it within 24 hours as requested, but instead of resolving the issue, they accused me of lying! Since then, they’ve completely ignored my emails — no response, no replacement, and no refund. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and shows zero respect for customers. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a company. Avoid Roofgiant at all costs – once they have your money, they clearly couldn’t care less about sorting out problems

Went to order a chimney cowl. And delivery not available to my postcode. The site says nationwide delivery! I have an IV27 postcode which is on the mainland not an island. I had planned to order more if the product was ok but they they FAILED!

The coping stones arrived as planned. Great! They were a curb side delivery which I wasn’t expecting and therefore had to unload them from the pallet myself. A problem. The product was good.

This company are the pits, No customer service at all, do not answer calls or emails, have taken 4 weeks to pick up wrong coloured tiles, but instead of replacing with correct colour, you need to place a new order once you are refunded. Well 2 weeks later, still no refund, disgusting behaviour from a well known business, I would steer clear
