Made a calculation mistake and long story short had ordered 1 roofing sheet short , Popped them an email and recieved a phone call from them ,they amended the order and sent me the correct number of sheets 1st time and they are Good quality aswell , very happy customer 😊

Good quality PVC roofing let down by inadequate packaging and delivery service The clear PVC roofing sheets themselves are good quality and competitively priced, so I have no complaints about the actual product. However, the buying and delivery experience left a lot to be desired. My order took six working days to arrive, and I only found out the delivery date after chasing customer services twice. It turned out the sheets were being delivered directly by the supplier rather than Roof Giant, which seemed to cause a communication mix-up. The bigger issue is the packaging. The sheets are only protected by a small amount of foam around the extremely brittle corners, which simply isn't enough. Combined with a careless DX delivery driver, at least 5 of the 15 sheets arrived with badly damaged corners. Fortunately, I was able to trim the damaged ends and still use them, but I was lucky that my project allowed for that. Roof Giant requires customers to inspect every sheet for damage at the point of delivery, but that's not realistic. The driver understandably isn't going to wait while you unpack and inspect 15 roofing sheets. Even if you do find damage, arranging replacements will inevitably delay your project. Overall, the product offers excellent value for money, but ordering feels like a gamble because of the packaging and delivery process. If you're buying from Roof Giant, I'd recommend ordering well in advance so you have enough time to deal with any damaged sheets or replacements before you need them.

Got the 8mm corrugated sheet. It states 2-4 days delivery. It was 6 days. All sheets in one pack were deformed.

Quick delivery. However the Alutrix 600 was more difficult to lay than the video portrayed as it took two of us to lay it without creases. Once down it looked fine.
