Terrible courier service. Purchased velux windows and the courier gave an all day 8-5pm delivery slot. Wouldn't provide a more accurate delivery slot and expect you to wait all day. Eventually contacted velux who chased courier and gace a 1-2pm delivery slot. By 3pm still hadn't arrived. No way of contacting delivery driver. Ridiculous that they're using couriers that are still in the stone age. Gone are the days people can afford to take a whole day off work waiting for delivery guy to show up. Would not recommend using this company.
Delivery time was okay. A couple of the corrugated sheets had damaged corners but nothing major. All parts fitted together well and the roof is now leak proof. 👍

Easy to order, kept informed about delivery and came before the estimated time. Well packaged
4 stars purely down to the fact that i did not get the items until after the proposed delivery date. i do not mind this, but i rang, left a VM with my number and received nothing back.. Next day, my items arrived. So all in all a good story but all it would have taken for 5 stars would be to at least let me know as it was lucky i was in at the time and i expect an email or call with an update which was promised on the VM recording. That said, quality of the guttering received etc was top draw. I notice its through a different company so i suspect its more a broker but either way i would recommend them.
They look like they'll do the job. Bit strange to send black ties with transparent spikes but had my own clear ones so used those. Look a bit brittle but will see how they go
