It’s basically a good ladder. Two issues. 1. The handrail holes don’t line up. You can get the top ones to, then the bottom ones will not or vice versa. Used brute force in the end rather than elongate the holes. 2. One of the diagonal braces between one of the treads & the side of the ladder is bent in several places. I don’t like to say bad things but this is what I was presented with. Not good considering it cost me over £300. If only more care had been taken.

Lightweight easy to handle,cuts and bends easy enough, fixed down with nails,I used a piece of plywood to walk on as the material could crease if you dont dread in the right place,overall I was very happy with the product, the final job looks great,good for diy,highly recommend

Product ( coping stones)delivered 2 weeks later than promised. When it came there were 2 missing. When missing 2 were delivered they were wrong colour. Now being ignored about exchange for correct colour. Comms always reactive never progressive. Always put blame on their suppliers.
Not yet installed but the product looks like it is exactly what is required for my job in shape , measurements and rigidity .
