I needed to speak to customer service four times with various queries and they were exceedingly helpful each time. The delivery time was listed as 5 to 7 days- the coping stones were delivered on day 3! They are a beautiful product. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Needed a few hemp batts to finish a job, original order was from elsewhere as unfortunately Roof Giant didn't have stock at the time I needed it, but where as most suppliers wanted more to deliver the batts than the cost of the few extra batts I needed Roof Giants delivery cost was less than half and the price of the batts was good.They arrived within the specified delivery window. So all good.
