Great products and speed of delivery. Only one niggle is the Discount Box that can be applied. As a new customer you get a code for £25 off your first order. There is also the opportunity to Price Match items and if successful also receive a Discount Code. The unfortunate thing is that you can only use one Discount Code on the system. Even the Sales People when asked can't sort out the problem. So in the end you can only use one Discount Code. Other than that everything was great.
The product is great. The delivery charge, however, is very pricey.

Superb Service. I ordered 6 Velux windows. It was all super smooth and delivered on time. There are still lots of supply chain issues out there so I was expecting delays from Velux. This wouldn't have been Roof Giants fault anyway. They actually came quicker than I thought and at a good price. I will be using Roof Giant again for sure. Good comms and good service.
