On time very well packed big👍up
I've ordered from roof giant a couple of time and the process is all slick and as you'd expect from purchasing everything online. The big let down for me the delivery costs.. they are staggering. I recently put insulation into the basket and was quoted £225 for delivery.. really ? And there doesn't seem to be free delivery over a certain amount which you get from competitors. All in all it's an average experience hence the 3 stars.
product good but my delivery was damaged lost small amount of paint but still used the delivery no time to return damaged paint and wait for replacement

Very poor customer service, very difficult to get someone to answer the phone and on 3 occasions i was told they would call me back with return procedures and was never contacted. it took about 7 phone calls and 10 days to return a product. still waiting on a refund.
Excellent product and fair price. I used it in 2024 and now in 2025 and looks good after a year and adds a bit of subtle colour. Customer service is also very good with seller letting me know time of delivery and what to do if not at home etc. Can't really fault anything. Omar

The whole process was so straightforward. Clear and easy search on the Roof giant website and in a few clicks I had my order selected. What's more and unlike every other supplier there was zero shipping. All arrived in two days. Fantastic!

Great prices delivered on time and packaged with care
Sent a badly damaged part. Then sent the wrong replacement part. Then made me wait a month to get the correct part, delaying our roof and costing us a lot. While waiting, I wrote them to ask what to do with the original (incorrect) replacement. They ignored the email for nearly 2 months and then demanded return or payment for the incorrect part. They made a string of mistakes that culminates in me having to pay extra. Avoid.

The instructions are virtually useless, had to You Tube to work out how to install. Once I’d worked that out then it worked fine
