The overall product looks good but it was bent in transit which I managed to straighten but, my main complaint is that on the website instructions, it shows pre-drilled holes and in fact, there were only 2 predrilled holes in the places it showed they should be so we had to drill through the canopy ourselves to put it up.

I recently bought the ProWarm XP-PRO Underfloor Heating Thermal Insulation Boards (1200 x 600, 6mm) and I’m really impressed with the quality. The boards are lightweight but very solid, easy to cut, and simple to install even in tricky areas. After fitting them under my underfloor heating, I noticed the floor warms up much faster and holds the heat for longer. It definitely makes the whole system more efficient and saves energy. The surface is smooth, rigid, and feels premium — nothing flimsy at all. Packaging was good, no damage, and every board was consistent in size. Overall, great value for money and a big improvement to my heating setup. I would fully recommend these insulation boards to anyone installing underfloor heating.
