Order came just as ordered
First time ordering, will never return. My order was due to arrive but didn't turn up, day after got in touch with DX who advised it was damaged and wouldn't be delivered they said i was to contact the supplier for replacement (easier said than done) tried calling but never got answered, tried the live chat but it closes the conversation after so long then emailed them and finally got a reply. They said they'd send a replacement, which was all well. Until it turned up damaged, one roofing sheet had a massive hole through it, the delivery driver had faced it the opposite way so I didnt see it and couldn't get away quick enough! Did roof giant send the original damaged one?? Went and bought elsewhere as it will be never ending damaged goods. Should have done my research on the company beforehand.
good communication from start to finish and the product arrived safely and in tact, the only downside was the delivery time was said to be between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm, which i thought was reasonable and waited accordingly but did not turn up until 3.30 pm, so i had to change plans slightly.
Bought a package of guttering for over7500 pounds 6 weeks ago no one responds to emails cannot get them on phone, going to drive to their premises be careful

Products very good and an early delivery
All arrived on time all in good condition due to the good packaging and was better quality than other diy stores for a better price
Useless did not fit the profile of the sheets
Product, Onduline sheets and accessories, were all great at a good price. Delivery slipped a start as it was a day later that expected and no warning was given or call to confirm order was coming. Possibly this was my fault for giving a land-line number, but if needed I could have given a mobile number and you had my email address. Luckily I was ast home that week so was flexible as to when to receive product. Many thanks, Paul
The grey 300mm Facias were excellent quality at a relatively low cost against competitors. Delivery was also reasonable around 1 working week. Minor gripe was no notice that they were out for delivery, despite advertised statement that you would receive notification so as not to plan work till you received delivery date. Maybe an isolated incident, but overall very happy with product.
