Product ( coping stones)delivered 2 weeks later than promised. When it came there were 2 missing. When missing 2 were delivered they were wrong colour. Now being ignored about exchange for correct colour. Comms always reactive never progressive. Always put blame on their suppliers.
Not yet installed but the product looks like it is exactly what is required for my job in shape , measurements and rigidity .

Opens the bottom Velux handle easily, which the standard pole does not. This means I had to purchases two seperate poles for these windows. The product is functional but really overpriced for what it is; a platic ring on a tubular steel pole

The product was exactly what I’d been searching for at a reasonable price, ordering was easy. The product was delivered in perfect condition well packaged, I didn’t get any communication from the delivery company so it was a bit of a surprise when it turned up.
I bought the sand coloured rubber tiles for my roof terrace. Fantastic product. Easy to lay with the dowel joints making the tiles "self levelling", a big bonus with any mildly uneven surface . The finish looks great. No gaps. The warm colour and large ish tile (50cm) lends a bit of a Mediterranean finish. Love it.

I wanted to replace my 30 year old Velux centre pivot windows. I spoke with Roof Giant who recommended I speak directly to Velux to absolutely confirm the up-to-date replacement, which I did and then placed the order. Roof Giant have the windows supplied directly from Velux, and they arrived within 3 days
We ordered a rooflight blind. It came ahead of the scheduled delivery date so that was a good result. We haven't as yet got round to fitting it so I can't write anymore.
I've given a four star rating on the basis that it will work well. However, I haven't fitted it yet so I could be right, I could be wrong!
A robust but natural looking tile. The rubber composite property ironed out the minor irregularities on the floor of my roof terrace. This is the third surface ive tried on my roof terrace and is undoubtedly the best fitted and best looking to date. It gives a slight Mediterranean vibe to my terrace with its slightly textured sand coloured finish.I'm very pleased.
