I ordered 2 velux windows and flashing kits. I made a mistake and needed to swap the flashing kits. Roof Giant said it would cost me £40 postage and then £30 each to restock thats £100!!!! And would take 30 days to refund. Anyway i need another 3 windows soon but i will go direct to Velux.Roof giant in my opinion are muggers in disguise.

Would have been 5 stars except your drivers should knock......the packages were placed safely on our side drive......but anyone could have removed them.....we only discovered the parcel because we kept checking.
