So as a company owner, I'm at the stage where I try to purchase most of my supplies in bulk, direct from the manufacturers. Manthorpe won't supply us directly, so I've found that Roof Giant offer the most competitive prices on this particular product anywhere at this time. Fast delivery and efficient service. Can't go wrong.
It was fitted end of 2023 and we're now March 2024 - so its early days to make qualitative assessments at this stage. The fire is working well - I am extending the flue 50 cm upward and am hoping the silicone boot will accommodate the adjustment, maybe a little washing up liquid to lubricate against the twin-wall as it slides upward. Fitting the boot was a learning challenge as the box profile cladco pv coated sheet roofing presents a contour which the boot can cope with, just reposition to make sure a channel permits water to escape down one side, otherwise a pool develops!
