I made a call to Roof Giant before making my online purchase, to check what I was ordering was right, also what the delivery eta would be. Was met with a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, that confirmed my order to be right. Was told order would come directly from Velux within 5 days. Made my order online with no issues. Delivery was made on day 5, as quoted. Many thanks Will be a returning customer.
