I recently ordered Velux roof windows from Roof Giant, enticed by their promise of 3-4 working days delivery. Unfortunately, 4 days after placing my order, I was informed that it will actually take 14 working days for the windows to be delivered. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as we specifically chose Roof Giant and paid a higher price than other competitors for their advertised speedy delivery. Our builders were ready to install the windows this week, and now our project is on hold, causing significant inconvenience. I feel scammed by the incorrect delivery date and I hope the company will address this misleading information.
