I was disappointed to find my epdm rubber sheet was in 2 pieces joind/glued into one. I was expecting single piece without any Stitches/joined/glued.

The product DD Pedestals are super, and thats where it ends. They lost the first delivery, made me chase and chase then they replaced after a weeks delay. Due to the delay we sent some back (to their supplier, which does them a favour!) to which they (Castle Components) couldn't locate the return - tracking number and photo of it isn't enough so I am now chasing a credit entering into the third. emails replied to days and days later, did manage to speak to a chap on the phone who could seem any less interested and fobbed me off about I cant get money back till they get theirs. not how it works!
