Sent a badly damaged part. Then sent the wrong replacement part. Then made me wait a month to get the correct part, delaying our roof and costing us a lot. While waiting, I wrote them to ask what to do with the original (incorrect) replacement. They ignored the email for nearly 2 months and then demanded return or payment for the incorrect part. They made a string of mistakes that culminates in me having to pay extra. Avoid.

The instructions are virtually useless, had to You Tube to work out how to install. Once I’d worked that out then it worked fine
Half the order didn't show up. 2 weeks later, most of it has arrived, and then in the last parcel, everything was broken. I have spent a lot of time emailing customer services trying to get a resolution. They never pick up the phone so have to do everything via email, which is very slow
Best price I could find for Velux windows. Items arrived within the stated time and in perfect condition. I had not heard of the company therefore I was a little unsure whether to order or not, I will recommend this company to anyone I know that is requiring roofing products.

Very professional service from start to finish. I was kept informed on timescales during the delivery process, as I asked. Materials were reasonably well packaged and were calculated perfectly for the job. The only slight complaint was a bit of surface damage to the top roof sheet on the package.

Delivered a bit earlier than expected, but luckily I was home at the time, the classic bond kit had everything I needed for the job, the rubber went on very well, pretty straight forward really after watching the installation video, overall it was a good experience, I am pleased with the results, thanks very much.

Really poor service, missing orders too nearly 2 weeks to arrive, then missing 2/5 of the roof sheets, you have to leave messages on answer machine then someone calls you back next day, promises to chase the supplier result in no communication or update, currently now raising claim through paypal for refund..
