Very dissapointed with this product. The recess in the frame was too small, needed reeming to fit, once fitted can't remove the locking barrel and the barrel doesn't move in or out which means that burglers cant get in but also that the user cant open the window. That coupled with the price and delay in delivery makes me think I'd have been better off with a medieval bar mechanism across the entire velux window.

This product definitely is durable and does exactly as it’s supposed to, previously I had problems with water pooling.. however after ripping out the driveway and using this as a membrane never happens again!! Definitely comes well recommended from me..
