The Cavity Trays RAV-FL Flat Roof Abutment Ventilator provides high airflow ventilation and supports air entry where a flat roof abuts a vertical masonry wall. It also comes with pre-drilled fixing holes, an in-built insect-resistant screen grille and is removable when re-roofing. Each flat roof abutment vent unit is 1.2 metres in length and the heavy-duty profile incorporates an integral pivothold hinge. This hinge allows for easy and direct fixing, as the profile may be secured to the vertical board upstand when opened like a book.
The profile is then closed and fixing completed by securing the top of the profile to the masonry wall. An air ventilation path which complies with the current regulations is established at the flat roof intersection.

Non-standard preformed cavity trays are available, Cavity Trays can design and manufacture bespoke requirements. Non-standard trays maybe required in areas of buildings where complicated junctions are encountered. Please contact Roof Giant with your drawings and quantity required.
The product is compatible for use with our horizontal intersection cavitrays which may be established at a higher level to permit the flashing to be dressed down to cover the external shell of the RAV-FL profile.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
