UltraTile ProRapid RS is a flexible, one-part, quick-setting and adaptable tile adhesive that has been specifically created for use with both wall and floor tiles. Suitable for wet and dry conditions, this high quality cementitious tile adhesive is a brilliant choice for internal and external projects, including floors, walls and underfloor heating systems. Ideal for use with porcelain, mosaic and natural stone tiles.

This tile adhesive has been specifically designed with improved adherence and suppleness for fast turnaround in any tiling project. In 3 hours after application, based on the temperature and surface, UltraTile ProRapid RS, can withstand light foot traffic. It is also suitable for both wet and dry conditions and is formulated to adhere to most common substrates including screwed and fixed over-boarded wooden floors.

Adheres to concrete, sand/cement screed, plywood overlay (15mm min), tile backer boards, cement-faced fibre boards, anhydrite/calcium sulphate/gypsum-based screeds, tile on tile* (Pre-existing ceramic, porcelain or natural stone tiles (overlay) known as "Tile on Tile"), firm and stable plaster, plasterboard, sand/cement render and concrete brick/block.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We currently offer next day delivery on certain brands. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World? 

No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must, in the first instance, contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, it’s then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned within 14 days of ending the contract.

Is this product suitable for bathrooms?
This can be, but only if the customer is using a floating engineered wood / laminate finish, which is very rare for Bathrooms as they’ll tend to be Tiled or Vinyl floor finishes, both of which cannot be used over this mat.
Can you connect more than one kit to one thermostat?
You can connect multiple mats into a single thermostat, but they cannot be connected or joined directly. You would need to take the cold tail (point in which the UFH mats connect to the controller) back to a Junction Box, which will take multiple connections into it and output them as a single cable, which you would connect into the back of the thermostat. Please be aware that the thermostats for Electric UFH have a 16A limit on the fuse, so if the multiple mats exceed this 16A limit, you’ll need to install and utilise a Contactor of suitable output to ensure the fuse doesn’t blow. You can calculate your output with the following sum : - Watts per SQM x SQM coverage divided by voltage (230) For example, for a 10sqm 150w mat, your calculation would be : 150 x 10 divided by 230 = 6.52A
Can the prowarm protouch E wifi smart electric thermostat be programmed into the Hive system?
The ProTouch Wi-Fi Thermostat only works on it’s own network and isolated from any other controls. Therefore, it cannot be directly linked in to the HIVE system, but it can operate on it’s on Wi-Fi Smartphone App separate from HIVE.
