UltraTile Fix Proflex SP+ES Flexible Extended Set Tile Adhesive is a single-part, extended set product that provides outstanding flexible adhesion on both wall tiles and floor tiles. Ideal for both interior and exterior projects in wet or dry conditions, this adhesive has been specially created for those that require extended workability and want to make last-minute touch ups without the adhesive setting too quickly.
This polymer-modified adhesive delivers a stronger, more flexible bond and has been formulated to allow for slight movement, minor disturbances or vibrations. According to EN 12004, it is categorised as S1 and has a high degree of distortion for a higher movement tolerance, suiting timber floors, swimming pools and underfloor heating systems.
Its special properties make it suitable for attaching tiles to the majority of popular construction foundations, such as heated subfloors, brick and block work, sand and cement work, as well as screeds and overboarded timber flooring. For internal, outdoor, damp and dry situations including conservatories, showers, saunas and swimming pools, UltraTile Proflex is perfect.
Suitable for ceramic, porcelain, glass, mosaics, marble, travertine, granite, limestone, terracotta, quarry, slate, quartz & brick slip tiles.
Can be used on the following surfaces and substrates: Concrete, sand/cement screed, plywood overlay (minimum 15mm thickness), tile backer boards, cement-faced fiber boards, anhydrite/calcium sulfate/gypsum-based screeds, tile on tile (existing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles as an overlay), firm and stable plaster, plasterboard, sand/cement render, concrete brick/block, hard vinyl tiles and flooring grade asphalt.

Do you offer next day delivery?
If a product is available with next day delivery, this will be displayed on the product page or in the basket. Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
