good communication from start to finish and the product arrived safely and in tact, the only downside was the delivery time was said to be between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm, which i thought was reasonable and waited accordingly but did not turn up until 3.30 pm, so i had to change plans slightly.
Bought a package of guttering for over7500 pounds 6 weeks ago no one responds to emails cannot get them on phone, going to drive to their premises be careful

Product, Onduline sheets and accessories, were all great at a good price. Delivery slipped a start as it was a day later that expected and no warning was given or call to confirm order was coming. Possibly this was my fault for giving a land-line number, but if needed I could have given a mobile number and you had my email address. The grey 300mm Facias were excellent quality at a relatively low cost against competitors. Delivery was also reasonable around 1 working week. Minor gripe was no notice that they were out for delivery, despite advertised statement that you would receive notification so as not to plan work till you received delivery date. Maybe an isolated incident, but overall very happy with product.
