This retrofit flashing kit appears to have solved the leak I had around my soil pipe penetration through my garage roof. A bit difficult at first getting it close enough to get the clips on but I eventually succeeded. Since then we’ve had plenty of rain and no sign of any water ingress.
Used incorrect name to send the items that were to be shipped abroad. Freight agent did not put them in the consignment. Now have to be shipped on their own and cost incurred is more than the items are worth!

I recently ordered Velux roof windows from Roof Giant, enticed by their promise of 3-4 working days delivery. Unfortunately, 4 days after placing my order, I was informed that it will actually take 14 working days for the windows to be delivered. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as we specifically chose Roof Giant and paid a higher price than other competitors for their advertised speedy delivery. Our builders were ready to install the windows this week, and now our project is on hold, causing significant inconvenience. I feel scammed by the incorrect delivery date and I hope the company will address this misleading information.
