Really struggling with this company. Every time I phone it goes through to voicemail - never gets answered. Placed an order on Monday with a lead time of 2-5 working days, chased again on Wednesday, when I got an email saying they had now placed the order with the manufacturer. Chased again today (email and voice message) and heard nothing (they do say 24-48 hour response on email). Cannot help wondering how many actuially work there! Please communicate and update me.
Used the roofing kit to replace the felt roof on my shed. The kit contained everything I needed. Consequently the job went really smoothly and was done within a few hours. Great product - definitely recommended.

Placed an order and was advised by email that my order would be delivered by 16/08/2024. Rang them on 3 separate occasions after this date to ask when my delivery would be but they were not able to give me a date. So finally on 28/08/2024 i asked them to cancel my order. Still awaiting a refund. I paid a deposit to a handyman to install the roofing tomorrow (2 weeks after expected delivery date) which they are refusing to reimburse as they have advised i should of waited until the goods were received. If they were delivered on 16/08/2024 as advised there wouldnt of been an issue.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Roof Giant. Initially, I was emailed stating that my delivery would arrive on the 16th of August, but then I received a text message saying it would be delivered on the 19th of August instead. When I called to clarify, they sent me another email confirming the delivery would indeed be on the 19th of August, and I was instructed to be at home between 08:30 and 17:00. They even mentioned that if I missed the delivery, I would be charged an additional £56.20, which is absolutely unreasonable. I waited the entire day, but by 13:00, I hadn't received any updates. I emailed them to request confirmation that the delivery was still on its way, but there was no response. Frustrated, I called them seven times from 15:19 onwards, and yet, there was absolutely no response from them at all! This is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had a builder on standby, ready to place the coping stones I ordered on my front garden wall. Their lack of communication and professionalism not only wasted my time but also inconvenienced others. I emailed them last night, explaining that I did not receive my delivery despite waiting all day at home. No one came, and now I refuse to wait around another entire day for their poor service. I made it clear that their communication is abysmal, and I certainly will not be paying anything extra if I miss the delivery while waiting for them. I expect my delivery today, the 20th of August, and I sincerely hope they get it right this time. This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering from Roof Giant.

This roof sheeting seems to be tough and durable and at a fair price. There are a few minor manufacturing blemishes but nothing that is a problem.
Excellent quality and value, taking £200 off a local price, including delivery charge. Very efficient service, thank you.
