One of the VELUX Windows in our order had a fault. Roof Giant arranged a replacement with no trouble at all. The replacement also was faulty and again Roof Giant sent a replacement and VELUX collected the faulty units. This was not Roof Giants fault but they dealt with it with no hassle. I would use them again.
yes, delivered with care and respect for my property, the courier went out of his way to deliver to the rear of the house as requested, and what's more delivered on time. the items ordered were well packed to protect the roofing sheets in a good quantity of bubble rap with no damage at all.
