Great service overall, however, the delivery charge is extortionate. The item I bought with VAT cost £30.50, then I was charged £17.50 delivery, don’t understand why!

From online search to delivery it was only 3 days, how efficient is that? The website was easy to navigate, I quickly found what I needed and the price was very competitive. The packaging was excellent although I was miffed at "checking the order before signing" as it took me a long time to unpack my roof dome.

Product was not delivered on the date that had been arranged by Roof Giant. At 4.25pm i phoned customer services to be told they had made a mistake and the product wasnt being delivered today & i would have to take delivery 2 days later! The first delivery date when we waited in all day, was the 18th March, my husbands birthday, he had a fantastic day...... thanks Roof Giant! Would definitely not recommend! Especially as they advertise a 2-3 day delivery....... which they clearly didnt do. Product was delivered pm on the 20th March.
