The company service was good and what is expected in todays market place but the product was not from stock and had to come from manufacturer. The product itself was a velux window lock and is very dissapointing. I have written a review of the product separately as it wouldnt be fair to the seller.

Products arrived very quickly and of good quality
I bought 4 bags of tile adhesive last month, which have been kept in a warm dry house and have remained in their unopened boxes. I only realised later that I didn't need them after all. They were a product that was recommended to me at online purchase checkout stage. When I asked if I could return the unwanted boxes and have a refund, the person on their telephone 'help' desk told me that it was a none returnable item. I explained that they had only recently been bought, kept in a warm dry environment and still in their unopened boxes. I told them that I didn't want to see them go to waste. But there was no reasoning with them.
The customer service was fantastic. I emailed to see if I could pay extra for next day delivery. They responded immediately and told me that they were dispatching at that very moment. No extra charge. I received evetything the next day.The EDPM goods that I bought were a quarter of local prices I will not be shopping locally again.
BEWARE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought over £350 worth of coping stones for my front garden to finish off my front walls, I ordered dark grey, had them laid and within 2 month the dark gray had turned into almost light grey. Contacted Customer services and got a email saying your problem. I’m currently liaising with trading standards.
