Excellent service from Roof Giant, easy online purchase system, great price and very fast delivery. The product Roofix, is fantastic, totally sealed the whole length of my garage roof were it butts up to gable end of the house. Still got loads left for future needs.

Ordered some roof panels for a friends house in Kent, great price and exactly what we wanted, even though the delivery costs were a bit high, all in all, still a great deal Despatched very quickly, all going well till the delivery company got involved, sent us an email with the wrong delivery date on, waited in and nothing. Contacted RoofGiant that evening and left a message, 8.00 am the following morning, got a call from a concerned rep who said she would look into it. Delivery arrived later that morning and because (through no fault of their own) RoofGiant felt responsible for us wasting a day off work, they refunded the postage costs. What great service, rarely seen these days. I would highly recommend these guys/gals as they seem to be on the case. Great service, great product and a great price....

I bought ProWarm XP-PRO Underfloor Heating Thermal Insulation Boards - 1200mm x 600mm to be installed under Tiles spending £300+. As per the description of the material its suitable to be put under Tiles. The material however is very filmsy, and does not seems to be able to take the weight of the tiles. When i asked about the returns, while RoofGiant readily agreed to do a refund, but mentioned that i need to pay from my own pocket for the returns. When I requested that under the online buying standards this should be returned at the expense of the seller/manufacturer. if the item is not suitable. i was told that they wont do it, as they think its suitable but clearly they were not Finally I needed to spend from my own pocket for sending this back and will await for the refund Bad experience of ordering and returning an item not suitable for its intended purpose Caused me more money and time wasted as the builder needed to wait for 2 days for correct items from another provider to continue the work
