The Dektite combo roof pipe flashing was just what I needed to replace a perished one on the bungalow; and the price was lower from Roofgiant than other suppliers. The part was delivered very quickly; and was well packaged. The part was well made and easy to fit.

Simple to use, I liked the calculator as it works out what you need based on your building measurement. Items came really promptly and I'd have no issues ordering items from here in the future

they work okay but everything has to be perfectly level otherwise will not fit together well and found it hard to fit together at rightangles

It’s really easy to install, looks and feels better than roofing felt. Everything you need to cover your roof is included in the kit. update 15/05/25: The EPDM has been in stalled for one week, in that time the covering has garnered a lot of positive attention from people that can see the finished product. I will use Roof Giant in the future.

Update 06-04-25 Chrissie from RoofGiant have just rung & offered a replacement of the one scraped sheet which I would feel I was taking advantage of their willingness to put things right as it won't be seen when erected & they have also refunded the delivery & replaced the missing fixings on next day. Also want to say I wasn't asked to change my review. As all too often happens the courier ruins it for everyone so I'm adjusting my original 2* to 4* & am going to start leaving the reviews on the couriers Trustpilot. I am quite disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery was less than satisfactory, and the packaging was appalling, which unfortunately damaged the contents. I paid for fixing screws that were missing from my order, but despite sending two emails requesting assistance, I have yet to receive any response other than the standard automated one, twice. Considering the order value of £132.99 (including £30 for delivery), I expected better customer service. I was also told that emails would be responded to within 24-48 hours, but it’s now day four, and I am still awaiting a reply. On a positive note, I do appreciate the quality and value of their corrugated PVC sheets, which are excellent. However, the overall experience with this order has been quite disappointing, and I hope they improve their packaging and customer service in the future.
