Very professional service from start to finish. I was kept informed on timescales during the delivery process, as I asked. Materials were reasonably well packaged and were calculated perfectly for the job. The only slight complaint was a bit of surface damage to the top roof sheet on the package.

Really poor service, missing orders too nearly 2 weeks to arrive, then missing 2/5 of the roof sheets, you have to leave messages on answer machine then someone calls you back next day, promises to chase the supplier result in no communication or update, currently now raising claim through paypal for refund..
Misleading colour of materials and very poor communication. Took 10 phone calls each time I needed to speak to someone. Roof giant did phone me to resolve the problem after my review. They gave me a good explanation for the variation so thank you.

I ordered the black pvc corrugated roof sheets to cover a decking. The packages were large and the delivery man was disobliging and unhelpful. I have a health condition and had to struggle to move the 2 packages as it was obstructing my living space. However, when the packages were opened by the installer the next day, one sheet was unusable and not fit for purpose. It was flat plastic with no grooves. I sent a photograph to customer service. They were really unhelpful and said I had to return it within 48hours for them to give me a refund! The quality of the product is bad and I would not recommend purchasing from roof giant! It’s been less than 2 weeks and the whole roof is warped! I also ordered the smaller groove but was sent the large one. I needed the product urgently and had to use it.

very poor with response to query / quote request . I tried to order a chimney product but because my postcode was highlands - my order was not accepted and i was advised to request a quote with surcharge via the online system - which I duely did . However I have never heard back in spite of requested again via the online system and then also completing a contact request form for an update !
Easy to deal with and delivered on time.
Purchased 10mm clear H-joints for my project, to join existing polycarb panels. Was unable to fit them, due to the curvature being far too pronounced. Roofgiant not helpful in advising. Ordered 16mm instead, expecting similar shape, just 6mm larger. Not the case. These do not have a curve. Roofgiant could not give a toss. Recommend I purchase 10mm aluminium ones instead. At nearly £200 down, I will not be spending any more money with Roofgiant, and would not recommend anyone else did, either.
Ordered a loft window and flashing kit. When arrived, there were parts missing from the flashing kit, told Roofgiant and they refused to replace the missing part. Leaving me to spend more money elsewhere to order the spare part. Shocking customer service 😔
I needed to build a low wall to retain soil in a raised shrub border and prefered not to mess with mortar. 1 pack of 90 blocks made a 3 course wall quickly and cleanly. As I got to 2nd course interest and praise from neighbours came for this rather attractive and interesting design.
