The Mayan All-In-One Natural Slate RealRidge Hip End Tile Closer is a fully vented, rapid dry fix, interlocking hip tile for roof pitches of 37.5º - 45º degrees. Designed for use with our All-In-One RealRidge range, which is the simplest, fastest and best way to install the perfect natural slate fully vented ridge. This hip end tile cap is made from beautiful and durable 12mm thick graphite natural grey slate that is chemically and mechanically bonded to a long life GRP liner that incorporates a built-in connector, clips and our unique vents strip with special rubber seals.
Modern methods of construction require high level ventilation, however because RealRidge does not require a roll out ridge fixing system the airflow cannot be compressed and our connectors will never suffer from UV degradation.
RealRidge Hip End is supplied with 1 No. ridge runner bracket, 1 No. RidgeFix60, and 1 No. RidgeFix100 stainless steel 60mm and 100mm woodscrews with waterproof washers.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
