The Brewer Anti-Downdraught Multi Fuel Stainless Steel Aspirotor is a highly effective solution for chimney downdraught problems in all types of fuel systems, including gas, oil, coal and wood. The stainless steel turbine-shaped head uses the wind against itself, capturing it and causing the wind to rotate, creating increased draw up the flue.
Suitable for fitting to a round chimney pot, this Multi Fuel Stainless Steel Aspirotor requires only approximately 4mph winds to start rotating and solve the issues of downdraught. If smoke and fumes are being blown back down your chimney and inside to your home interiors, the Aspirotor catches the wind, starts rotation and creates a suction effect to allow efficient exhaust of fumes and smoke.
The Model 150 is ideal for internal diameters between 115mm to 180mm (4.5” to 7”) and the Model 200 suits internal diameters between 180mm to 230mm (7” to 9”).
Installation: Attach the cast aluminium base to the chimney pot using the four stainless steel hook bolts. An additional stainless steel strap and leg set can be provided for greater security in particularly exposed locations.
How do I prevent downdraught?
This is a common issue where air is blown back down the chimney. An anti-downdraught cowl will prevent wind entering the chimney.
How do I stop birds getting in my chimney?
Fitting a birdguard will stop birds, leaves and debris entering the chimney. You should choose the correct guard for the fuel you are burning.
Do I need to do anything if I no longer use my chimney?
Chimneys should be protected, especially in winter, if they are no longer used. Adding a cap to the chimney can help stop rain and draughts, but will also allow the required ventilation.

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
