The Rubberseal ProVAP Self-Adhesive Vapour Control Layer is a high-performance, self-adhesive VCL designed to form a complete barrier against vapour and gas transmission in roofing applications. Reinforced with aluminium foil and glass-fibre mat, this VCL delivers exceptional strength, durability and vapour resistance for demanding roofing jobs such as in warm roof systems and high-humidity environments.
Made with a self-adhesive bituminous membrane reinforced with a composite aluminium foil and integral glass-fibre mat. Its polyester-coated upper surface provides excellent protection from alkalis and serves as a suitable carrier layer for polyurethane liquid waterproofing systems such as LIQUIFLEX PRO.
With exceptionally high vapour resistance, it is ideal for use in buildings with high humidity or extreme internal conditions, including swimming pools, sports halls, kitchens and industrial environments. Cold-applied and flame-free, the ProVAP Self-Adhesive Vapour Control Layer is fast to install and provides instant waterproofing of the roof deck prior to insulation or top-layer application.
Applications: Ideal for use in warm roof systems and high-humidity environments such as swimming pools, sports halls, bathrooms and industrial buildings.
Technical Data:
Store rolls flat in a dry area at 5–25 °C. Avoid direct sunlight before installation. Always use with ProVap Primer on porous substrates to enhance adhesion.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
