Elevate EPDM Rubber Roofing Water Block Mastic Sealant is a high-performance compression sealing mastic designed to provide a dependable, watertight seal within your EPDM roofing system. It is specifically formulated for use beneath termination bars, flashings, and penetration details, where long-term protection against moisture ingress is required.
Applied under compression, this Water Block Sealant forms a strong yet flexible barrier wherever EPDM membranes meet adjoining materials. When correctly installed, it maintains a continuous watertight joint that performs reliably under pressure, delivering long-lasting roof protection in all weather conditions.
Approved for use across the Elevate (Firestone) RubberCover EPDM system, this sealant is easy to apply using a standard cartridge gun and provides a clean, professional finish beneath termination bars and flashing details. It is not designed to be used as an exposed caulk or surface joint sealant.
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from loose concrete, stone, mortar, dust, oils, or other contaminants. Apply a continuous 10mm bead of Water Block Sealant to the substrate surface. Bring the EPDM flashing membrane or termination detail into contact with the sealant and firmly roll or press into place, ensuring full compression and avoiding wrinkles.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
