The Elevate EPDM Adhesive Lap Sealant With Nozzle Applicator is a durable, high-performance sealant developed for seam edge treatment and detailing within Elevate EPDM roofing systems. It provides a long-lasting, watertight finish that protects flashing seams and Formflash edges from weather and moisture ingress.
Specially formulated for compatibility with Elevate EPDM membranes, this lap sealant delivers strong adhesion to EPDM and other common roofing substrates. When applied to the exposed edges of cured seams and detailing areas, it forms a flexible, weather-resistant barrier that helps extend the service life and overall integrity of the EPDM roofing system.
Supplied with a precision nozzle applicator, the sealant allows for controlled, accurate application, ensuring clean detailing and consistent coverage. It is ideal for permanent seam edge treatment and can also be used as a temporary protective coating on FormFlash edges during the curing process.
Applications: Use as a seam edge treatment on EPDM membranes and flashing details, or as a temporary seal over formflash edges to protect during curing.

Store in original sealed containers between 16–27 °C and away from heat or open flame. Avoid skin contact during application; wear gloves. Do not thin, dilute, or mix with other products. Restore to room temperature before use if stored cold. Shelf life: 12 months under proper conditions.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
