The Elevate Aluminium Flashing Termination Bar is a durable, secure and pre-drilled roof edge strip that provides a reliable and professional finish for EPDM roof terminations. Designed for use with Elevate RubberCover systems, this robust termination bar firmly anchors flashing membranes and ensures long-lasting watertight protection at wall and edge details.
Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium with a natural finish, the Elevate Termination Bar is used to mechanically secure the top edge of EPDM flashings and membranes at wall upstands, parapets, and other termination points. Pre-punched fixing holes simplify installation, while the bar’s flat side is designed to face the flashing, forming a channel that can be simply sealed with Elevate Water Block Sealant and Lap Sealant for a clean, watertight finish.
Lightweight yet strong, this strip provides dependable long-term performance when installed in accordance with Elevate guidelines.
Applications: Used to terminate and seal EPDM flashings at walls, parapets, and other vertical interfaces. Suitable for both new and refurbishment flat roof projects.

Store dry and flat before use. When installing, leave a 6mm gap between adjoining bars to allow for thermal expansion. Ensure wall areas above the termination bar are fully waterproofed. Always follow Elevate installation guidelines.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
