very poor with response to query / quote request . I tried to order a chimney product but because my postcode was highlands - my order was not accepted and i was advised to request a quote with surcharge via the online system - which I duely did . However I have never heard back in spite of requested again via the online system and then also completing a contact request form for an update !
Easy to deal with and delivered on time.
Purchased 10mm clear H-joints for my project, to join existing polycarb panels. Was unable to fit them, due to the curvature being far too pronounced. Roofgiant not helpful in advising. Ordered 16mm instead, expecting similar shape, just 6mm larger. Not the case. These do not have a curve. Roofgiant could not give a toss. Recommend I purchase 10mm aluminium ones instead. At nearly £200 down, I will not be spending any more money with Roofgiant, and would not recommend anyone else did, either.
Ordered a loft window and flashing kit. When arrived, there were parts missing from the flashing kit, told Roofgiant and they refused to replace the missing part. Leaving me to spend more money elsewhere to order the spare part. Shocking customer service 😔
I needed to build a low wall to retain soil in a raised shrub border and prefered not to mess with mortar. 1 pack of 90 blocks made a 3 course wall quickly and cleanly. As I got to 2nd course interest and praise from neighbours came for this rather attractive and interesting design.
Delivery on time but one wrapping broken and the screws not found. Otherwise fine

I placed an order yesterday (Wednesday)for a roof repair kit , I had a really tight deadline and requested selected days that I would be home and stated I needed the items by Monday the latest. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone as she said while she can't guarantee the delivery company schedule she would forward my request to the delivery company. The order arrived before 10am today ! Absolutely amazing , all items delivered within 24 hrs of ordering. Thank you so much.

I dealt with Roof Giant. Their service is great - very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, Ariel Plastics is their supplier for Corotherm. What a bunch of incompetent bozos! They sent.... The wrong length items; the wrong colour items; and didn't send some items. They replaced the items they didn't send - but then sent the wrong colour! For your own sanity, avoid Ariel Plastics and by association avoid Roof Giant. £1,000 of total frustration, delay and disappointment. 😡 W⚓s! For the avoidance of doubt... Roof Giant 👍👍👍 Their Corotherm supplier - Ariel Plastics 😡😡🤬🤬🤬 W⚓s!
