I was sent several emails asking me to submit a review, so here goes: Ordered a Velux sealing kit on 2/1/26 which was listed as 'in stock', which was why I ordered from Roof Giant. Delivery was from Velux direct, not Roof Giant and it arrived on 16/1/26. Fortunately I didn't need it urgently.

Very quick, reasonable value. What I bought, for about £100 didn't feel like it was actually worth £100 but it was still cheaper than the competition hence 5 stars. (it was 50 very flimsy plastic trays for roof ventilation - can't have cost them more than about a fiver to make)

The price for the product I paid was the best online I could find. But the price of shipping was relatively expensive for my single item order , also considering I was quoted 4/5 business days , but was closer to 13. But this is was because of their suppliers issues, after emailing them informing them of no sign of my delivery , asking for tracking info. No offer of partial refund on either product or shipping because of this issue. But luckily I didn’t need it within their quoted delivery time scale. But it finally arrived and in one piece, of which I’m grateful.
