I placed my order and then found some fixings. I spoke to Debra who added them to my order. She could not have been more helpful. Happy with the product The courier wasn't so great. I received a message three days running saying they would deliver 'today'. Arrived on day 3 of messages. I didn't receive a call to say they were about to deliver.

Windows damaged on delivery. Reported and sent photos of the damaged they can't be bothered to sort this out I need a replacement or refund I have emailed them a few times they can't be bothered to email me back also I have phoned them a few times they say they will sort this out and that's it I hear no more they just fob me off with bull shit
Found the Window damage, when the box was opened. been touch with you on Tuesday, to report the damage and you have done nothing about the problem have emailed you again today and you can't even be bothered to email me back. I Think this bad how treat customers

On the 6th of July we placed an order for a 800 X 800 dome roof light from Roof Giant when my husband had the roof ready to fix the roof light it was completely the wrong size nothing measured 800 not the outside, the inside or the dome my husband took photos with a tape alongside showing this and I emailed RG to complain on the 14th July with photos (it was impossible to get through on the phone) We waited over a working week and still no reply and the customer was not happy so we gave up on RG and he phoned around and found some one who had what we needed in stock My husband is a sole trader and can not afford to loose this money but we had to try to keep the customer happy and not getting any help from RG On the 22nd July out of the blue a delivery turned up with another roof light NO call no email or anything So I phoned RG left a message asking for an urgent call back. Suzanne phoned me back I gave our order number, and she said she could see the email but couldn't find the reply “I said that’s because there wasn’t one” I explained wat had happened and she said she would look into it and call me back One week later 29th July I again phoned RG and this time got Adam who said they had tried to stop the delivery of the 2nd roof light after my call on the 22nd but it was too late Yes because that’s why I phoned on the 22nd to tell you it had arrived. I explained again and he then said “could my husband not remove the sky light that he had purchased from the customers house and put the 2nd sky light in its place” I said are you mad why would the customer be happy with that???? And why would my husband want to?? He said he would arrange for a pickup he said he would let me know when but I am not holding my breath As I said my71yr old husband is a sole trader and we don’t have storage or the money to loose
6th July we placed an order for a 800mmX 800 dome roof light When my husband tried to fix it to the customers roof nothing measured 800mm we took photos along side a tape and I emailed Roofgiant on the 14th July Then nothing no phone call or email so to keep the customer happy he phoned local company and got a new skylight still nothing from R/G then on the 22nd July out of the blue we had a delivery of another skylight !! I phoned R/G left a message and Suzanne phoned me back she said she cant understand why we did not get back to us or what has gone wrong but she will get back to me Now 1 week later and still nothing I phoned again this time I spoke to Adam He said that after my call they had tried to stop the delivery but it was too late (what ??) the he said could we remove the skylight (the one we had to go a buy)from the customers house and replace it with the one they sent on the 22nd !!!!!!??? I said do you think the customer would be happy with that and that without the money we paid for the new skylight I was gobsmacked he said this But then he said he will arrange for the collection of the 2nd skylight I asked if he will contact me with a date for this and he said of course My husband is a sole trader we cant afford to loose money or have storage to keep things this big hanging about.We have used RG before and have been very happy But when things go wrong everything changes I dont expect that we will get a call or any money back

This product is with very poor quality.
you told us one delivery date and then told us, you could not deliver on the agreed date on multiple occasions. when we asked you for clarification it was verry unclear and vague. you would also not communicate with my colleague who enquired about the order.
Not a great experience. Ordered four items and was informed only two in stock, had to chase these when they didn’t arrive only to be told they were out of stock too.
Helpful customer service at a good price. Can't fault the delivery anx comunications.
Delivered on time, well packaged and complete. Looks to be of good quality, yet to work with it due to extreme temperatures.
Speedy delivery, although roofer didnt turn up! Looks high quality, is fitted but not tested yet.
