The Manthorpe G630 Felt Lap Vent is an easy to fit, effective and protective ventilation solution designed to increase the amount of ventilation into existing roof spaces with a lapped felt/membrane construction. This refurbishment felt lap vent is usually fitted retrospectively to properties with additional loft insulation recently installed, helping to combat the problem of condensation build-up in any roof space.
The product has been designed as a remedial solution to help overcome the build-up of condensation in the roof space by providing airflow through the felt laps. However, like all products that open the felt lap to provide ventilation, it does not meet the code of practice BS 5534:2014+A2:2018 6.2.1.1.
You should also ensure that the opening of felt laps on the property will not adversely increase the wind uplift load on the tiles/slates or the driving rain resistance of the roof. For more information see the British standards guidance mentioned.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
