The Kingspan Kooltherm K107 Pitched Roof Phenolic Insulation Board is a premium performance insulation solution for pitched roofs, dwarf walls and attic spaces. Made from rigid thermoset modified resin insulant with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core. 

With a thermal conductivity of just 0.019 W/m.K across all thicknesses, this easy to handle and install insulation board is unaffected by air infiltration and impervious to the passage of water vapour when used in your next new or refurbishment project.

What you need to know

Delivery charges    

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery access    

  • Minimum height clearance: 15ft (4.57m) - approximately the height of a doubled ecker bus.
  • Van deliveries require offloading assistance on site.
  • Moffett deliveries the customer must be there to sign and accept liability for any damages

Required information    

You must inform us if:

  • The delivery address is near a school (dropoff/collection traffic).
  • There are stopping or parking restrictions, especially important for mechanical offloads.
  • There are weight limits (trucks are 26 tonnes).
  • The address is on a Red Route.
  • There are road restrictions: roadworks, private roads, gated access, one way systems, etc.
  • A safe alternative drop location is available if you are not home (e.g. neighbour or garage).
  • Delivery is required to the rear of the property - please note residential manhole covers cannot support a Moffett.
  • The property is on a shared driveway and neighbours have been informed.

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • Aborted deliveries will incur a £50.00 + VAT charge plus a doublehandling restocking fee.

Product information

Many of these products (e.g. plasterboard, insulation boards, timber, and other core building materials) are construction-grade materials, not finished decorative items.Minor marks, scuffs and small areas of damage do not affect performance once installed.

Damages & missing items    

  • All damaged or missing items should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged or missing, wherever possible.
  • Contact Roof Giant within 24 hours with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help.
  • Any damages must be photographed and sent to sales@roofgiant.com.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g., if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).    

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If a product is available with next day delivery, this will be displayed on the product page or in the basket. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World? 

No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).

Returns Policy

We recommend you take photos of the goods and packaging before returning, as this may be required for courier claims.

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order (or the final part of a split delivery).
  • You must notify us by phone or email first.
  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Returns After 14 Days

  • Returns may be accepted up to 30 days but may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds & Costs

  • We refund the product price plus standard delivery. Premium delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of returned goods being received (or proof of posting).
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless we arrange collection, in which case the direct cost will be charged.

Exclusions & Brand Policies

  • Some products and brands have specific return rules (e.g. VELUX, Castle Composites, Midland Lead).
  • Made-to-order items, bagged/powder/plaster products, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
