The Elevate EPDM Reinforced Perimeter Fastening Strip Roll is a strong, watertight and non-penetrating base tie-in solution for your EPDM rubber roofing system. Manufactured from RubberGard MAX reinforced EPDM with QuickSeam Tape factory-laminated along one edge, it is designed to provide a secure perimeter seal while maintaining full system integrity.
This reinforced strip is engineered specifically for non-penetrating perimeter and base tie-ins, helping to eliminate the need for mechanical fixings while delivering excellent long-term performance. Its 1.14mm reinforced EPDM construction offers high durability, flexibility and resistance to UV, weathering and fire, making it suitable for both new installations and refurbishment projects.
Ideal for small residential flat roofs such as extensions, verandas, dormers, porches, garages, carports, garden buildings, balconies, gutters and trailers, the strip is also suitable for larger EPDM applications where a reinforced, watertight perimeter termination is required. Installation is flame-free and straightforward when used in accordance with Elevate guidelines and compatible primers and adhesives.

Store in a cool, dry location, ideally between 15–25 °C, protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Use only with compatible Elevate EPDM system components and install in accordance with Elevate technical guidelines.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
