Elevate 216mm QuickSeam Corner Repair Flashing is a simple, durable and professional solution for sealing outside corners on EPDM rubber roofing systems. It can also be used as an effective repair or cover patch for small areas of damage, making it a versatile detailing product for both new installations and maintenance work.
The repair flashing consists of a pre-cut 216mm circular piece of uncured EPDM, factory laminated to cured QuickSeam Tape. This uncured EPDM construction offers excellent flexibility, allowing the patch to easily conform to awkward shapes, corner details and irregular surfaces for a neat, watertight finish.
When installed with Elevate QuickPrime Plus and applied using Quickscrubber Pads & Handles, the QuickSeam Corner Flashing delivers strong adhesion and long-term resistance to UV exposure, moisture, heat and cold. Its pre-formed design speeds up installation, helping to achieve consistent, reliable results on-site.
Supplied either individually or in a box of 20, it is ideal for flashing outside corners, reinforcing vulnerable areas, sealing small penetrations, or carrying out quick EPDM repair work. All EPDM and mating surfaces must be clean, dry and properly prepared using Elevate QuickPrime Plus, applied with a Quickscrubber Pad and Handle.
For best results, apply at temperatures above 5°C. In colder conditions, gently warming the flashing with a heat gun will improve formability. The uncured EPDM is designed to be shaped, not stretched.
Specifications:
Store in original packaging between 15–27°C, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat. If stored in cooler conditions, allow the product to return to room temperature before use. Avoid contact with petroleum-based products or solvents. On cold days with ambient temperatures below 5°C, the use of a heat gun is recommended to warm the Quickseam Corner Flashing and to ensure good formability. On normal days, preheating of the product is not necessary.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
