Elevate 9" QuickSeam FormFlash Tape is a semi-cured EPDM flashing tape designed to reliably waterproof inside and outside corners, pipes, penetrations, drain outlets and other complex roof details. Highly flexible, durable and easy to mould, it provides a neat, watertight and professional finish for EPDM rubber roofing projects, particularly where standard seam tapes cannot be used.
Combining semi-cured EPDM laminated to vulcanised QuickSeam Tape, FormFlash offers exceptional formability, allowing it to conform smoothly to irregular shapes and difficult detailing without tearing. It delivers excellent resistance to moisture, UV exposure, heat and cold, while maintaining long-term flexibility and performance once installed. With high green tack, it ensures secure adhesion when correctly applied.
For installation, apply Elevate QuickPrime Plus to all areas where the FormFlash will be used, using a Quickscrubber Pad and Handle. Ensure all EPDM and mating surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust or contaminants. Allow the primer to dry fully and confirm dryness using the touch-push test before application. Remove the backing paper and carefully form the FormFlash around the corner, pipe, penetration or outlet detail. The material can be shaped by hand or with gentle heat if required, but as a semi-cured product, it must not be stretched during installation. On warm, sunny days, pre-heating is often unnecessary.
Designed for professional EPDM roofing applications, Elevate QuickSeam FormFlash is fully compatible with the Elevate EPDM roofing system, including all Elevate EPDM membranes and detailing accessories. When used correctly, it creates a strong, weatherproof seal that delivers long-lasting protection in demanding roof environments.
On cloudy days with ambient temperature below 15 degrees, the use of a heat gun is recommended to warm the Formflash and to ensure good formability. Restore the product to room temperature prior to use if exposed to temperatures below 15 degrees for prolonged periods.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
