Elevate 6" EPDM Roof Batten Joint Cover & Seal Strip Tape is an easy-to-use, versatile and reliable joint cover strip designed to seal batten strips, cover mechanical fixings and join adjacent EPDM membrane sheets in EPDM rubber roofing projects. It provides a neat, watertight and professional finish, making it ideal for use on flat and low-slope roofing systems.
Consisting of semi-cured EPDM laminated to vulcanised QuickSeam Tape, this dual-purpose batten cover strip offers excellent flexibility, allowing it to conform to surface irregularities while maintaining strength and long-term durability. The perforated release liner with centering marks ensures accurate alignment during installation, helping to achieve clean, consistent seams every time. As a semi-cured product, it must not be stretched during application.
Designed for professional EPDM roofing applications, the Elevate 6" Batten Cover Strip delivers excellent resistance to moisture, UV exposure, heat and cold, providing reliable, long-lasting performance in all weather conditions. It is fully compatible with the Elevate EPDM roofing system and suitable for use with EPDM membranes and metal batten strips.
Application: Use the centering marks on the tape as a guide to apply the Batten Cover Strip accurately over the join or batten strip. Elevate QuickPrime Plus and Quickscrubber Pads & Handles must be used to clean and prime the membrane and metal components within the seaming area prior to application. Refer to the installation guides for full details.
Shelf life of one year can be expected if stored at temperatures between 15 - 27 degrees. The shelf life will be shortened if exposed to elevated temperatures.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
