Elevate 18” QuickSeam FormFlash Flashing Tape is a wide-format, semi-cured EPDM flashing tape roll designed for waterproofing large or complex EPDM roof details. Ideal for rubber roofing installations, it provides dependable and professional sealing around roof penetrations, outlets, corners and intricate junctions where standard-width flashing is not sufficient.
Constructed from semi-cured EPDM laminated to vulcanised QuickSeam Tape, this FormFlash offers excellent flexibility and control during installation. The semi-cured composition allows the material to be shaped and moulded accurately without stretching, helping to achieve a neat, watertight finish even on irregular surfaces.
When installed with Elevate QuickPrime Plus, the FormFlash develops a strong, durable bond to EPDM membranes and compatible substrates. It delivers high initial green tack along with long-term resistance to UV exposure, moisture, heat and cold, ensuring reliable performance in the variable weather conditions.
Its generous 457mm (18”) width makes it particularly suitable for sealing larger penetrations, complex intersections and custom detailing applications, reducing the need for multiple layers or additional patches.
Specifications:
Store in original, unopened packaging at temperatures between 15-27°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If stored below 15°C, allow the product to return to room temperature before use. Avoid contact with petroleum-based products or solvents.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
