The Timloc Roll Out Eaves Ventilator Rafter Tray is a durable, easy to fit and completely decay resistant ventilation system that provides airflow between insulation and roofing felt. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects, Timloc Rafter Roll comes in black (only) and is designed to maintain a clear path of air into the roof void in the eaves to prevent the build-up of condensation.
Ideal for pitched roof eaves ventilation on standard pitched roofs where the pitch is 15 degrees or more and the roof void is an attic or loft space. This rafter roll works by ensuring that the airflow space is not blocked by roof insulation to combat problems associated with the accumulation of condensation.
Installation: Simply unroll the ventilator along the rafters, the full length of the eaves and both sides of the building to create a cross flow ventilation action. Then, position centrally above the narrowest part of the roof, the wall plate, where the roof insulation is most likely to constrict the airflow. Push the corrugations down over the top of the rafters and secure using clout nails or staples. For coverage information, please see our Downloads section.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
