Timloc 70mm Push In Circular Soffit Roof Vents are an efficient, discreet and easy-fit ventilation solution for spacing evenly on roofs where the eaves incorporate a soffit board. Made from polypropylene, these durable, decay-resistant and UV-stabilised soffit vents provide free airflow of 2000mm² per unit.
Mainly used in refurbishment projects to provide convenient ventilation through an existing soffit board, these circular vents come with barbed ridges on the sides of each vent to grip the soffit board and hold them securely in place. Available in a range of colours including Black, Brown and White to match your roof and soffit board.
Installation: Used to ventilate pitched roofs, where the pitch of the roof is 15 degrees or more and the roof void is an attic or loft space. Vents should be spaced at 200mm centres to achieve ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening. The ventilators should be a firm push-fit into the fixing holes, so make sure the fixing holes are cut accurately with a diameter of between 69-70mm. If the holes are oversized, the ventilators will not fix securely.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
