The Timloc OF2 Over Fascia Eaves Vent Strip is an effective, highly discreet and easy to fit roof vent for roof eaves and fascia board ventilation, flat roof abutment ventilation or ventilating roofs which do not incorporate a soffit board, or where an unbroken soffit board is required. Ideal for flat roofs or any roof where living accommodation is contained within the roof space, the OF2 provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 25mm opening (25,000mm²) and is used to ventilate pitched roofs of <15° degrees.
Available in black or white colour options, this Timloc Vent Strip is not only durable, UV stabilised and entirely resistant to decay, it is also strong enough to carry the weight of the bottom row of roof tiles. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects, this vent strip is an efficient primary roof ventilator that complies with all relevant Building Regulations and meets all relevant British Standards.
Uses: For roof eaves ventilation, for flat roof abutment ventilation, on roofs where the eaves incorporate a fascia board, on roofs which do not incorporate a soffit board, or where an unbroken soffit board is required.
Installation: Determine whether the roof design requires ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening (OF/1) or 25mm opening (OF/2). Use product OF/2 to ventilate pitched roofs, where the pitch of the roof is less than 15 degrees, flat roofs or any roof where living accommodation is contained within the roof space.
To order, measure the overall length of the eaves to be ventilated and divide by 1m to determine the number of ventilators required.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
