The Manthorpe G2500N 25mm Over Fascia Ventilator Strip is a discreet, slimline, low profile ventilation solution that provides positive airflow into the roof space between the felt and the top of the fascia board. Suitable for both roof tile and slate roofing applications in new build and re-roofing jobs, this vent strip is made up of thin, evenly-spaced slots specifically designed to prevent the entry of large insects but wide enough not to be blocked by organic debris, paint or water droplets.
Designed with clear fixing points and a smooth leading edge, allowing the vent to sit unobtrusively on top of the fascia board beneath the felt and comes complete with a built-in fly screen. The Manthorpe G2500N Over Fascia Vent is durable enough to be used with any roof tile regardless of the profile and can be fitted with plain tiles or slates.
Installation: The G2500N Over Fascia Ventilator Strip should be nailed to the top of the fascia board through the fixing holes evenly spaced along the entire length of the eaves as shown in our 'Downloads' section.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
