The Manthorpe G1296 3-In-1 Roof Ventilator combines an Underlay Support Tray with an Over Fascia Vent and an Eaves Comb Filler for optimal airflow into your roof space, protection against ponding problems and insect entry. For use in refurbishment projects as well as fast installation on new builds, this vent can also be combined with eaves ventilation panels if you want to create a complete eaves ventilation system.
Once in place, this ventilator provides unobtrusive and continuous 10,000mm²/m free area ventilation to the underside of the tray between a 4mm insect prevention grille and into the roof space. It also offers support to the roofing underlay at eaves level to prevent pooling and leaking of water into the building fabric while preventing animal ingress into the batten void of profiled roof tiles.
In an easy-to-calculate 1 metre practical length, each adjoining tray slots easily into the previous fixed tray, ensuring a fully supported overlap. A thickened and angled front nose section aids water run-off into the gutter and provides a robust geometry for supporting tiles.
There are clear and stable fixing points into the fascia board, along with additional fixing locations to the top of the tray for securely attaching to the rafters. Increased flexibility through a live hinge, thinned rear tray and extended width means the ventilator can be used down to 15° degrees and up to 70° degree roof pitches for brilliant versatility.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
