The Hambleside Danelaw HD 3025VP Complete Ventilation Pack is a 3-in-1 ventilation and support system that consists of a universal over fascia vent, a roll panel vent and an underlay support tray. A unique feature of this system is the universal over fascia vent that includes two fixing positions that can adapt to 10mm and 25mm airflows areas.

This pack will provide a continuous opening equivalent of 10,000mm² or 25,000mm² per metre. The HD 12000U Universal Over Fascia Vent included has a 10,000mm² continuous opening per metre for roof pitches above 15° degrees and 25,000mm² for roof pitches below 15° degrees for warm roof applications and where ventilating above a breathable underlay. This pack is fitted in the same way as the HD 3000VP - 6 metre pack but contains the HD 12000U ventilator instead of the HD 12000M ventilator. 

Installation: The over fascia vent is fitted to the top edge of the fascia board, in either of the two stepped positions to suit your required level of airflow and the roll panel and underlay support tray are then installed. The underlay support tray is placed on top of the over fascia vent and nailed into place through the holes provided in the over fascia vent. It is then nailed at the top edge of the tray through the roll panel, if required and into the rafter. Consecutive trays are lapped by 50mm using the raised locators formed into the tray sides. The underlay support tray forms the drip into the gutter.

HD 3025VP Pack Contains:

  • 1x 6,000mm: HD 5000 Universal Roll Panel Vent - a roll out roof eaves panel vent that allows high levels of eaves-to-eaves cross flow ventilation. 
  • 10x 600mm: HD 3000 Roofing Underlay Support Tray - provides full support and eaves-level protection for the roofing underlay. 
  • 6x 1,000mm: HD 12000U Universal Over Fascia Vent* - features 2 fixing positions to allow for use on roofs above and below a 15 degree pitch.

*Two fixing positions that adapt to 10mm (10,000mm2) and 25mm (25,000mm2) airflows areas.

What you need to know

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery access

  • Delivery will be made on small parcel carriers which are vehicles ranging from sprinter vans up to 7.5 tonne lorries.
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes, overhanging trees etc. that may cause restrictions. 

Date and time of delivery

  • We will advise a delivery date to you by email, and your order will be delivered directly to you from Hambleside Danelaw. 
  • Delivery will arrive between 8.00am – 5.00pm. If you can’t be there to accept the delivery, it’s important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the delivery.

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • If you cannot be present to accept the delivery, it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the delivery or it could fail.
  • Re-delivery charges apply, in most instances an approximate charge of £10-£12. Actual costing will be confirmed at time of delivery failure.

Damages & missing items

  • All damaged or missing items should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged or missing, wherever possible.
  • Contact Roof Giant within 72 hours of receipt of goods with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help.
  • Any damages must be photographed and submitted along with your claim by email to sales@roofgiant.com.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g. if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If a product is available with next day delivery, this will be displayed on the product page or in the basket. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World? 

No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).

We recommend you take photos of the goods and packaging before returning, as this may be required for courier claims.

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order (or the final part of a split delivery).
  • You must notify us by phone or email first.
  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Returns After 14 Days

  • Returns may be accepted up to 30 days but may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds & Costs

  • We refund the product price plus standard delivery. Premium delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of returned goods being received (or proof of posting).
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless we arrange collection, in which case the direct cost will be charged.

Exclusions & Brand Policies

  • Some products and brands have specific return rules (e.g. VELUX, Castle Composites, Midland Lead).
  • Made-to-order items, bagged/powder/plaster products, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
