The Timloc Corbel Masonry Eaves Vent Strip is specifically designed for use on roofs where the eaves are finished with corbelled brickwork or corbelled masonry details. Efficient, discreet and easy to fit, this primary roof ventilation solution is ideal for roof eaves ventilation, on roofs where ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening is required and on roofs which do not incorporate a soffit board or fascia board.
This Corbel Eaves Vent provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening (10,000mm²). The special fixing clips allow for easy installation without having to drill into the brickwork.
Durable, UV stabilised and entirely resistant to decay, this vent strip is a long-lasting and reliable choice for your eaves and soffit ventilation needs. An efficient roof ventilator that complies with all relevant Building Regulations and meets all relevant British Standards.
Installation: Use to ventilate pitched roofs, where the pitch of the roof is 15 degrees or more, and the roof void is attic or loft space. Can be installed without having to drill into the brickwork by using the special fixing clips provided and building them into the perp mortar joints. Make sure each ventilator is fixed securely to the top row of corbelling using all 8 fixing clips provided. Please see our Downloads section for further installation advice.
Measure the overall length of the eaves to be ventilated and divide by 2.4m to determine the number of ventilators required.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
